Kruger Park holiday home and your personal details
When you book a holiday home with Vakantiehuis Krugerpark, we require certain personal data from you. We believe it is important that you know what data we request, why we need this data, and what happens to it.

This privacy statement applies to the personal data that we process in connection with your request for and booking of a holiday home.
What personal data do we request?
To process a booking, we request the following information from the main applicant:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- country;
- street and house number;
- postal code;
- place/city.
We ask of the other persons accompanying you:
- gender;
- first name;
- surname.
When you request an invoice in the name of a company, we may also ask for:
- company name;
- VAT/tax number;
- other information necessary to prepare the invoice correctly.
We only request the data necessary to process and execute your booking and, where applicable, to correctly prepare the invoice.
Why do we use this data?
We use the personal data to process and fulfill your booking. For example, to:
- to put your reservation in your name;
- to contact you regarding your request or booking;
- to register the details of the persons staying in the holiday home;
- to draw up an invoice;
- to keep our records;
- to comply with any legal obligations, for example regarding our financial administration.
The processing of personal data necessary to execute your booking is based on the performance of the agreement between you and Vakantiehuis Krugerpark. To the extent that we are required to process data because this is legally required, the processing is based on that legal obligation.
We do not use your personal data for purposes other than those for which they were collected, unless we have another valid reason to do so under the GDPR.
Selling or sharing your data
We never sell your personal data.
Your personal data will also not be provided to other parties for commercial purposes.
Your data is used exclusively for processing and executing your booking and for our administration. When we use parties that process personal data on our behalf for our services, for example for the technical functioning of our website or administration, personal data may be processed for this purpose. Where necessary, we make agreements with such parties regarding the protection of your personal data.
