Rental price Mhofu holiday home

Would you like to enjoy a relaxing stay in beautiful Marloth Park, close to Kruger National Park?

Then book well in advance, as availability can change quickly.

 

The ‘Mhofu’ holiday home is fully furnished and self-catering.

 

It is available for private hire and accommodates up to 5 guests, with the option to add a sixth bed. For this, you’ll pay a one-off surcharge of €60, regardless of the length of your stay.

We charge a single, clear rate throughout the year.

​​

‘’Mhofu’’ is available to hire for a minimum of 3 nights.

During the Christmas holidays, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.

We’d be happy to arrange the exact arrival and departure dates with you during this period.

The rental price for ‘Mhofu’ includes various facilities and services:

  • Bed linen;

  • Household linen;

  • Towels for the Splash Pool;

  • Cleaning during your stay and final clean;

  • Any weekly cleaning;

  • Local taxes;

  • Electricity;

  • Water consumption;

  • Free Wi-Fi;
     

You will be personally welcomed by the caretaker, who will be your point of contact throughout your stay should you have any questions or require assistance.


Booking and payment:

The rental rates for Mhofu are quoted in euros. Payment can be made via bank transfer within the EU, at no extra cost. Please send us an email with your booking requirements.

If you book directly via our website, you will pay via PayPal, in which case PayPal fees may apply.

​

​A request or booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received in our account.

​

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 20 per cent of the total cost is required.

​

This payment must be made within 7 working days.

​

If the deposit is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled.

​

The remaining 80% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

 

​​Ready for your arrival:

Mhofu will be fully prepared before your arrival. The beds will be made, and the refrigerator and water heater will be turned on. During your stay, you’ll have access to bedding, kitchen linens, tea, towels, soap, and dish soap, among other items. Food and drinks are not included

.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay: you’ll be the only guests in the vacation home.
 

Practical information

  • Check-in: between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

  • For stays of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning service is provided, and bed and bath linens are replaced.

  • Various additional services are available.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the Mhofu vacation home.

  • Noise disturbances of any kind are not permitted.

  • Pets are not allowed in Marloth Park.

  • During your stay, you can use mobile Wi-Fi for free. Costs for prepaid calls are at your own expense.

  • We recommend that you purchase adequate travel and cancellation insurance before your trip.

  • In South Africa, temporary power outages may occur as a result of government measures. This is also known as “loadshedding.”
